Pro Rehearsal has one easy access location available to serve the needs of Dallas musicians. With over 20,000 square feet and conveniently located off of I-35, Pro Rehearsal is just minutes from downtown and Deep Ellum. Our safe and secure facility, with 24 hour camera surveillance and access controlled exterior doors, is the perfect spot to practice and store your gear.

Rehearsal Rooms, Practice Places & Recording Studio
Contact Pro Rehearsal to book an hourly room, inquire about monthly rentals, or schedule a recording session. For either location, just call 214.634.3433 for rooms, 214.673.2018 for recording, or just email us direclty.
Hourly rooms are first come, first serve, but can be reserved by contacting Pro Rehearsal and making an advance payment. Please do NOT pay online before speaking with a Pro Rehearsal representative. Availability of hourly rehearsal rooms cannot be guaranteed otherwise.
Pro Rehearsal's monthly rooms range in price from $125 - $1000, depending on the size or the room and included amenities. Pro Rehearsal often has to maintain a wait list due to the overwhelming popularity of our monthly rehearsal rooms.
Monthly rooms are leased on a month-to-month basis. One half of the month's rent security deposit is required at time of occupancy. The security deposit is refundable with 30 days written notice. |
Hourly rooms come with a PA, mics, stands, mirrors, and drum riser. Payment is required in advance for hourly rooms. Pro Rehearsal maintains a 48-hour cancellation policy for full refunds. |
Pro Rehearsal offers hourly and block rates for studio sessions. Professionally capture your whole band at once (or individual tracks) with 4 recording rooms, and unlimited audio and midi tracks. |

The 'PROMOTE' section of the Pro Rehearsal website highlights recent happenings, links to the Pro Rehearsal Facebook, Twitter & YouTube profiles, as well as provides a promotional tool for our tenants. Each band, artist or group can create a profile and post flyers and links to upcoming performances and events.
